Who is eligible for reset chances?
Every account — new or existing, free or paid — gets reset chances automatically; there is nothing to claim. A chance is never used on its own: your balance is topped up only after you click “Use reset” in the console and confirm. If you don't use it, your balance stays as it is.
Can using a reset lower a paid account's balance?
No. A reset only adds, never deducts: if your balance is below 30,000,000 CU, it is topped up by the difference and shows as “Promotional credit” in your top-up history; if it is already at or above 30,000,000 CU, the reset can't be used, no chance is consumed, and your balance stays unchanged.
How many credits are refilled per reset chance?
